At L3 Custom Designs, we aim to deliver your custom orders efficiently and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders will be processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [2–5 business days] after confirmation.
Custom designs may require additional processing time depending on complexity. Any delays will be communicated via email.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, delivery method, and item weight / size.
Free standard shipping may be available for orders over [e.g., $100].
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Delivery Issues

Claims for lost or stolen packages must be made directly with the shipping carrier. However, we are happy to assist you in resolving any issues.
