2. Custom Orders

 

  • All custom orders require clear instructions and/or reference materials from the client.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins.

  • Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and workload.

  • L3 Custom Designs reserves the right to reject projects at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payments

 

  • All prices are listed in $USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.

  • Custom design fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • All original designs created by L3 Custom Designs remain the intellectual property of L3 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of any design without permission.

  • If the client supplies proprietary assets (e.g., logos, images), they must have the legal right to do so.

7. User Conduct

 

By using our services, you agree not to:

  • Submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content

  • Misuse our services for unauthorized or illegal purposes

  • Violate any laws or regulations applicable to your location

  • We reserve the right to terminate service to users who violate these terms.
